Subscribe to Polysync from the Azure Marketplace and sign in with your Microsoft Entra ID account. Your tenant is provisioned automatically on first sign-in. From there, link a secret vault (or use the managed Azure Key Vault), connect a platform, and import your first job.
Yes. Polysync is sold as a SaaS offer on the Azure Marketplace. Billing and subscription management are handled by Microsoft under your existing agreement.
Polysync currently supports Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Functions, Logic Apps, Synapse Pipelines, Fabric, AKS, Batch, AI Foundry), Google Cloud (Cloud Composer, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Dataflow), and AWS (Step Functions, Glue, Lambda, SageMaker, Batch). See the documentation for the full and current list.
Two arrangements are supported. With bring your own vault, you link your own Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Google Cloud Secret Manager, or HashiCorp Vault, and Polysync stores only a reference to the secret. With the managed vault, Polysync holds the credential in its managed Azure Key Vault, with access gated by the same tenant-claims model that protects your other data. In either arrangement, secret values are not written to the application database or to logs.
Each customer's configuration and run history lives in its own SQL schema. Tenant identity is resolved server-side from Microsoft Entra ID claims; users cannot reach another tenant's data by changing a URL. Within a tenant, the Administrator and Operator roles control what each user can do.
Standard support is available Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Australian Eastern Time (AEST or AEDT, depending on the season), excluding Australian public holidays. Enterprise customers receive priority response times as defined in their service-level agreement.
Cancel through the Azure Marketplace portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your tenant data is retained for a 30-day grace period and is then permanently deleted, including the tenant database schema. Export anything you need to keep before that window closes.
