What you'd be reselling

Polysync is a metadata-driven, multi-cloud orchestration platform that schedules, sequences, and monitors data and AI pipelines — notebooks, functions, and workloads — across Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS from a single control plane. It's delivered as multi-tenant SaaS; customers subscribe through Azure Marketplace and sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, with per-tenant schema isolation. There's no orchestration code to write and no infrastructure for the customer to operate.

DAG dependencies

Cross-platform task dependencies with On Success / Failure / Completion / Skipped triggers and automatic cycle detection.

Cron scheduling

Timezone-aware cron with a visual builder, human-readable summaries, and multiple schedules per task.

Live monitoring

Dispatcher queue, schedule dashboard, and execution history in one view, with an inline DAG.

Multi-cloud reach

18 cloud services across Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS today — configured, discovered, and run from one interface.

Polysync Copilot

A built-in AI assistant that answers setup questions and performs configuration actions, powered by Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.

Enterprise security

Microsoft Entra ID SSO, Admin / Operator RBAC, and schema-isolated multi-tenancy. Credentials stay in the customer's own vault.

Why partners add Polysync to their portfolio

Polysync complements Azure data and AI practices and gives you a recurring-revenue SaaS line you can attach to migrations, managed services, and consulting engagements.

Recurring SaaS revenue

A subscription product you can resell and renew, not a one-off project — predictable, recurring income.

Transactable on Azure Marketplace

Simple procurement through a listing your customers already trust, with subscription handling built in.

Bundle with your services

Wrap Polysync with your consulting, migration, and managed-service offerings to create complete solutions.

Custom margins

Preferred resellers can receive custom margins through CSP private offers — see the private offers section below.

Low support overhead

Polysync provides first-line product support, so you can resell with confidence without building a product support team.

Sticky, strategic fit

Orchestration sits at the centre of a customer's data platform — a durable anchor for ongoing engagement.

Who to sell it to, and what for

Polysync is general-purpose orchestration, but these customer profiles and use cases convert most readily.

Ideal customer profile

  • Teams running data platforms across more than one cloud service
  • Azure data teams using ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric, Functions, or Logic Apps
  • Organisations juggling several schedulers and wanting to consolidate
  • ML / AI teams chaining feature engineering, training, and scoring
  • Regulated industries that need run-level audit and reproducibility
  • Customers you already manage who need orchestration without custom code

Common use cases

  • Enterprise data warehouse loads across ADF, Databricks, and Synapse/Fabric
  • ML and AI pipelines spanning Databricks, Vertex AI, and Azure OpenAI
  • Multi-cloud orchestration from a single dependency graph
  • Reverse ETL and operational workflows triggered on completion
  • Compliance and audit reporting with per-tenant run history
  • Consolidating fragmented schedulers into one control plane
