Polysync joins the NVIDIA Inception Program

Why we joined, what the program gives us, and how AI is being built into Polysync.

Polysync is now a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. Joining NVIDIA Inception gives us access to specialised technical training, developer resources, AI technologies and a global ecosystem supporting startups as they build and scale. For Polysync, this strengthens our ability to develop practical AI capabilities for data teams and accelerate our AI roadmap.

What the program is

NVIDIA Inception is a free program that guides AI startups through the NVIDIA platform and ecosystem. It is open to technology startups of all stages, with no NVIDIA hardware required.

Built with AI in mind

Polysync has been built with AI in mind. It can orchestrate data and AI workloads across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud, including services such as Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and AWS Glue.

Our onboarding AI assistant helps potential customers understand Polysync's capabilities and identify a suitable plan.

Within the product, Polysync Copilot can answer setup questions, assist with troubleshooting and prepare platform configurations, while ensuring that proposed actions and changes remain subject to user approval.

An AI monitoring agent for operations

We are also developing and testing an AI monitoring agent for operations. It is designed to watch scheduled workloads, explain what failed and why before an operator opens the monitoring view, and, when explicitly authorised by the customer, retry safe failures and track each retry through to its outcome. The agent is being designed to improve through operational outcomes and feedback from each customer's team.

Four steps of the monitoring agent as designed. Watches: scheduled runs, on the rhythm the plan sets. Explains: what failed and why, with evidence. Retries: safe failures, only when your team authorises it. Learns: from outcomes and your instructions.
The agent cycle as designed: watch, explain, retry with authority, learn. In development.

What Polysync does today

Polysync is a multi-cloud data and AI orchestration platform that gives data teams one place to schedule, sequence and monitor workloads across 23 services on Azure, Google Cloud and AWS. Dependencies can cross platforms, schedules can be created without writing cron expressions, and every run, retry and dependency is visible from one monitoring workspace. Your pipelines remain on the platforms you already use. Polysync coordinates them.

Polysync is built and hosted in Australia and is available on Microsoft Marketplace with a free plan of 5,000 task runs a month. You can see how it works on the home page.

Orchestrate data and AI across clouds from one control plane

Polysync connects the platforms you already use with shared scheduling, cross-platform dependencies and one run history. No orchestration code to write.
